Parking and facilities
Free parking on premises. Absolutely no parking on the grass. Parking is available on the east and west carports; no street parking available.
Pets
Up to 2 pets allowed unless approved by owner. Assistance animals are always allowed. An extra $150 cleaning fee will be applied for any pet destruction, including pet waste or pet damage. All pets must be kenneled while guest are away or not under direct supervision. One large kennel provided. Pets must be leashed outside.

Entrances & Access to Facilities
3 private entrances. Accessibility is restricted for those with limited mobility and/or in a wheel chair (this home has stairs and multiple levels). Property has several security monitors on the exterior of the home for your safety.

Check-in after 3:00 PM unless authorized by host. Self check-in with unique individual code using keypad; code provided within 24 hours of your arrival.

Checkout before 11:00 AM, unless authorized by host

Additional Rules
Please do not move furniture out of the rooms.
Leave everything where it was in when you arrived, or return it to its original place. Damages may be assessed.

Please add 1 pod of spa chemicals to the hot tub for each day you stay.

Shoes & feet
No shoes on carpet in lower level. Wipe your feet when entering from the deck or hot tub.
Extra towels
For longer stays, dry the hot tub towels vs using excessive amounts. If additional linens or towels are needed, there is a washer and dryer for laundering, or you can contact the host.
Trash
Trash in bags only. Please put trash in receptacles prior to departure, located on the west carport.
Absolutely no fires inside the home.
Fires are strictly limited to using firewood in the Solo fire pit located on the back deck. Firewood and fire starter kits are available onsite.
Accessibility
There is limited access for persons with mobility issues or wheelchair access.
BATHROOM
Gather used towels. Throw bagged trash away in appropriate receptacles located in west carport. Turn everything off. Ensure all doors are locked.
Additional requests
If you put spa chemicals in the hot tub before you leave, please leave empty container on the kitchen island.
